How to prepare
✧ Matcha Lattes:
1. Add 2 g of matcha into a Chawan (or a bowl)
2. Pour about 30 ml of hot water (70–80°C). Avoid boiling water.
3. Whisk quickly in a zigzag motion for about 20 seconds until frothy
4. Add about 200 ml of your favorite milk. Enjoy!

Ratio: 3 g matcha to 120 ml of hot water (70–80°C).

I am a very enthusiastic person when we talk about matcha and so far, I tasted a lot of them and try to specialise myself as much as possible into this ingredient. I recently came across this matcha and was first of all happy to finaly see a matcha coming from it's home country, China and was also interested by how this matcha was displayed here on the website. I ordered it. It arrived very quickly, very simple yet effective packaging, straight to the point, witch I like. The matcha itself is very good; Sweet and bitter,very aromatic , it goes well for a pure traditional matcha or a latte and I adopted it immediately. I am a barista and now i'm using it in my everyday life!
