I grew up in a family where tea was more than a drink — it was a way of life. Over time, matcha became part of my daily ritual, a little green pause in my busy days.

While studying for my master’s degree in France, I often found myself missing the balanced, rich, taste of high-quality matcha I loved back home. It was then that the idea of creating my own matcha brand first sparked.

To bring that idea to life, I joined a professional tea association to study tea ceremony and Chinese tea culture in a more structured and authentic way. Through this journey, I realized how many exceptional Chinese matcha and teas remain hidden to the world.

I traveled across more than ten tea gardens in China, tasting over sixty types of matcha. Eventually, I selected matcha that perfectly blends everyday enjoyment and top-tier quality.
