1. Same-day dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm (CET) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day.

3. Neighbouring countries — Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands
- Pick-up point: €6.99
- Standard home delivery: €11.50
- Free shipping on orders over €79
- Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days
4. Europe & Switzerland — Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland, Portugal
- Standard shipping: €14.80
- Free shipping on orders over €79
- Estimated delivery: 4 to 10 business days
5. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
