Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and labels intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions by email.
- Please ensure your item is securely packaged for shipment.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
